Fast Express Shipping 

GoodyLashes provides fast international shipping for lash products and accessories, The shipping price we offer is only $34 for US domestic shipping!!! To get more sales and share the expense with our customers, most of the time the shipping charges are lower than the market and other vendor prices.

Processing Time

Most of the item’s processing time is about 1-3 days. Some may take longer if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 3-5 business days to process. The custom order with your logo on will take longer, and sales representatives will give you the exact time. Need it urgently or have other issues, you can get help from our service team.

Expedited Shipping

We usually ship by DHL, FedEx, or UPS with expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is 5 – 7 business days in this special time.

Po.Box & Military Base

PO. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical address for your order.

Customs &Taxes

Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the lash value to meet the custom free-tax standard to help avoid unnecessary expenses, but if it still happens, GoodyLashes is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding customs policies.

Sign for Delivery

It is strongly recommended that you Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won’t be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard, or any place else.

Tracking Number 

We send tracking numbers by email within 24-48 hours after your order is shipped out. 

What is the item processing time?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control to ensure the product’s quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of the year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days, sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.

* Ship is available for all the countries all over the world except remote countries and cities. 

  • Shipping method: 
  • GOFO/USPS Shipping (4-6 working days) : Mostly for United States directly from our CA warehouse
  • Yun-track Shipping (7-15 working days) : Mostly for small amount packages for Non-US countries
  • Fedex/DHL Shipping (4-6 working days) : Mosting for large amount (order>$99 FREE Shipping) packages or shipping fee ($25) charged in advance (order<$99) packages all over the world

* For some remote cities or countries (such as Africa, Egypt, Portugal, British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, etc.) we will add extra $40 remoting fee to cover the international expensive remoting shipping cost and send customer notifications at the first time.

* The shipping time is also up to multiple factors, like the destination country, custom, weather and so on, which is really hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved.

* We promise to send out your order within 1-2 working days, tracking number of each parcel will be provided by email after order shipped.

* Each of your order will be safely packed with boxes/cartons/envelope bags, so please don’t worry about product transportation. We take care for everything.

* The destination custom may collect certain amount of import duty, this is determined by local policy, we will not be in charge for that. If you have any specific request of the parcel value or product names, please leave notice when placing orders.

* For international holidays, all the packages will be sent after that and we will make notifications on our website. Thanks so much for your kind understanding.
